      The tradition in my family has always been a nice roasted turkey with all the trimmings. Roasted Turkey with stuffing ( not dressing ),mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, carrots and home made gravy.

        As the Blackdog knows well, I do not grill in the winter! Grilling to me is a summer thing, one of the things that makes summer and winter different. For me, winhter foods are soups, chowders, things you bake in the oven, pasta dishes etc etc.

        Summer foods are steaks, sausages, dogs, burgers etc. I am a very particular person, this is just how I see it. However this year, I am still using my grill, in fact i just made some nice ribeye steaks last night, they were delicious, sorry that I do not have any photos however I was not thinking.

        This post is less about the steaks and more about how I grilled those bastards in the cold!
