With Christmas fast approaching I was wondering what you all tend to make for your Christmas dinner.

We tend to have raviolis, fresh not frozen from the Italian bakery near by. Actually is NOT my favorite thing lol, i would much prefer a prime rib or roast beef.

The tradition in my family has always been a nice roasted turkey with all the trimmings. Roasted Turkey with stuffing ( not dressing ),mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, carrots and home made gravy.

I remeber that bro, we do that for Thanksgiving, traditional USA Thanksgiving so we do not duplicate it on Christmas eventhough I would prefer that meal over what we usually have lol.

BTW that turkey looks amazing, what is on the outside for seasoing is that just cracked black pepper I see?

Also is this correct for cooking a turkey?

Start Oven at 450 for 10 minutes. Then Reduce Heat. You want to allow 15 minutes per pound at a temp of 350 degrees.
